POSITION DESCRIPTION

Restaurant Technologies is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to join our fast-paced team.  The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) is the “face of RTI” in the field, and has a variety of responsibilities including project coordination, training, customer support, and sales.

ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Conduct on-site pre and post installation surveys at customer locations including measuring space and making recommendations on placement of equipment.
  • Coordinate equipment installations at customer locations, including conducting site surveys. You will work closely with our depot teams to coordinate installations/rollouts.
  • Train customers on operation and maintenance of cooking oil management equipment. Also, train and support customer use of “Total Operations Management” (TOM) website, and the RTI services and customer interface including providing instruction on handling delivery tickets, invoicing, service calls and more.
  • Sell new products to existing Customers and secure signed contracts. Generate referrals, complete contract renewals, and identify opportunities to introduce new products appropriately and close sales with existing customers. Actively solicit customer referrals to identify new prospects for Sales Executives to pursue.
