Job Description

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership of all operating processes for a remote depot including meeting the  organizational standards in people leadership, customer service, safety, quality, operational excellence and financial performance. 

 

Key Accountability:

People Leadership:  Develop, manage and coaching a team of Service Technicians, Delivery Service Drivers and Warehouse Associates to high performance.  Workforce planning, training and on boarding of new/transferred employees as well as engagement, performance management, recognition, development and coaching.

 

P&L Management:  Overall operational financial performance.  Meets and controls operating expenses and established targets. Manages operating P&L budgets/metrics and understands how production expenditures/costs impacts business margins and pricing.  Forecasts overall volume of service and delivery and inventory costs/turns.  

 

Customer Service & Reliability:  Sets and deploys operational priorities.  Collaborates with functional partners to ensure ability to meet customer demand.  Ensures that customers are satisfied and any inquiries, incidents and issues are resolved in timely manner.  Champions and leverages technology innovation by develo
