We are currently seeking to hire an enthusiastic NATIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE (NSE) to join our rapidly growing team.  Our NSE’s key function is to provide wins through successful sales and service to National Accounts within the Hospitality and Non-Commercial segments of the Food Service industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate new business within national accounts by working independently and collaboratively to pioneer selling strategies and solutions that lead to increased sales
  • Make presentations to Executive/C-Level leadership groups within national accounts
  • Schedule and complete weekly prospecting activities to include cold calling and follow up
  • Work cohesively with National and Local Sales Executives on national account sales initiatives; translate, teach, and coach these initiatives cross functionally
  • Manage sales materials, presentations, contracts (new and renewals) & pricing
  • Ensure the successful installation of equipment and transition of accounts to the Service Team to include accurate and timely completion of all contracts
  • Support the overall goals and growth of RT through dynamic matrix environment
  • Travel as required (75%+) 
  • Document daily activities and sales process using customer relations management (CRM) software
  • Execute contract negotiation on new national accounts and renewal accounts
  • Strategic planning – ability to develop and execute strategies to meet company objectives
  • Attend and participate in customer conventions (regional and national)
