Our Service Technicians are responsible for the installation and servicing of our advanced equipment in locations throughout the food service industry.

Your Role as a Service Technician

Our Service Technicians guide the installation of our core products and assist with customer training through troubleshooting and servicing. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Participate in “on call” staff schedule rotation based on customer needs
  • Maintain proper paperwork standards and inventory
  • Follow proper HACCP guidelines and employee safety policies
  • Utilize Restaurant Technologies phone protocols and follow customer service training standards
  • Maintain proper parts and supply levels in company service vehicles
The Skills You Need
  • 1-3 years of equipment installation experience
  • A clean driving record, with a CDL license preferred
  • A high school diploma, with vocational training preferred
  • Must meet Restaurant Technologies’ Fleet Safety requirements,
  • An ability to work overnight installation shifts and perform basic mechanical and/or electrical duties
Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive hourly rates and bonus potential of up to 5% of annual base earnings. Our Service Technicians enjoy an extensive training program and a Safety Incentive Rewards program. Additional benefits include:
