Restaurant Technologies, the leading provider of highly innovative and value-enhancing cooking oil management services to the food service industry, is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team.  As a CSS, you will have the opportunity to make an impact quickly, have direct exposure to key leaders in the organization and contribute to the growth and expansion of the company.

The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) has a variety of responsibilities: You are responsible for conducting surveys at customer sites, coordinating equipment installations/rollouts and completing new and ongoing site-level customer training. You will ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer's relationship with Restaurant Technologies. The CSS will set customer experience expectations and build solid customer relationships. You will be the local resource for current customers and the “face of RTI” in the field by making site visits, fielding questions and conducting local research at the direction of the Sales Operations Analyst. You will also be responsible for generating referrals, completing renewals as assigned and managing Independent Customer relationships as assigned.


  • Conducts on-site pre and post installation surveys as well as ongoing scheduled visits and customer surveys
  • Conducts training of current customers within a territory in the operation and use of the automated oil system, the “Total Operations Management” (TOM) website, and Restaurant Technologies services and customer-interface, such as handling delivery tickets, invoicing, service calls and more
  • Identifies and communicates customer problems and opportunities to the appropriate internal personnel including working with the Depots to arrange for service for technical issues.
  • Actively solicits and leverages customer referrals to locate new prospects for Sales Executives to pursue
  • Leverages strong project management skill set to ensure smooth roll-out for customer installs and adherence to testing protocol to facilitate the conversion of tests to roll outs. 
  • Responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service
  • Ensures each customer has a positive experience throughout their relationship with Restaurant Technologies
  • Introduces new products to existing independent Customers and secures signed agreements from Customers to add these new products.
