Job Description


Restaurant Technologies, the leading provider of highly innovative and value-enhancing bulk cooking oil management services to the food service industry, is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our growing and innovative team.  You will have the opportunity to make an impact quickly, have direct exposure to key leaders in the organization and contribute to the growth and expansion of the company.

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) leads a regional sales team in selling and managing key accounts, including presentations to large or key groups/accounts, closing/signing key accounts, and will provide guidance in managing a roll-out process.  You will work closely with territory operations teams to ensure that the sales teams and depot locations achieve their individual and team goals, maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction and retain great customers.  The RSM will help their sales team identify franchise, regional and local account opportunities, develop relationships with key franchisees and concept specific influencers with a focus on account retention and lead renewal activities in partnership with National Account Managers around large franchisee groups.  Additionally, the RSM ensures achievement of overall regional sales and retention goals.


  • Sales
    • Demonstrates success with entire sales process including prospecting, presenting, obtaining commitment, closing the sale and account retention. Proficient with the RTI sales process. 
  • Customer Service and Relationships
    • Manages customer situations, responds promptly to customer needs, solicits customer feedback to improve service, and responds to requests for service and commitment. Actively engages in retention activities with key customers including periodic business reviews. Builds strong relationships with key franchise groups and other critical customers. NEXT STEPS
